A fallen tree or branch, storm damage, a leak, gutters, snow guards or a warranty question: email or call the BC service team and we will get back to you.
Service request
Email the service team with the address of the roof, roughly when it was installed and a few photos of the problem. That is everything we need to get started.
Office hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Sat–Sun: Closed (Pacific time). Our Delta office looks after Interlock roofs across British Columbia.
Tree or storm damage: photograph it before anything is moved. Damage from wind storms, falling objects and other Acts of God is excluded from both warranties, so it is usually a home insurance claim; we can look at it and arrange the repair.
